Ooh I like this idea :) I am looking to exercise for 5 hours a week started Jillian 30DS and going to combine it with the gym!!

Hi guys, firstly - happy new year to you both!!

Majorly need some motivation to get off my ever-increasing bum and get moving, so i think i'll go for 20 hours for the month :)

Good plan - i love dancing and try to go to a class most weekdays. Like the idea of tracking it so will join with target of 20hours;). Been sat inside for last two days...thniking about the wii......:eek:

I've just got a kettlebell this morning so just need to find a routine for it :)

Ok just back from dance class 1hour and also did a gym induction 20 mins on weight circuit (ps everything aching!)
