Right I had my first week back on plan last week after christmass and I only lost 1/2 lb so I'm gonna try shaking things up a bit and try EE any feed back greatly appreciated as I'm a green girl this is all new and hard to get my head round

B - melon, muller light, tea (HEA)

L - 3x pagan crisp rolls (HEB) 2x laughing cow light triangles (3 syns) wafer thin ham. large bowl home made veg soup (free), manderin.

D - gammon steak, SW chips, egg, peas.
Fresh fruit salad.

S - apple, muller light, pineapple.

d - chicken breast wrapped in bacon with 1xlaughin cow light and garlic stuffed 1.5 syns. mashed potatoe , carrots.

s - apple, orange, 2 litres water
