green day today
2 weetabix , one banana

brown rice , puy lentils , capers toms , cuc and spring onion with a dollop of yoghurt on top
muller light yoghurt

turkey meatballs in a tomato sauce , pasta
strawberries and yoghurt
free fruit for snacks
not sure what to have for syns tonight
hope im doing the right things regards a 's and b's

had so far 2 weetabix with a banana ,
not sure yet if its red or green , will update later
have decided its a green day today ,
just had a bowlful of pasta salad , that had , brocli florets , raw , mixed beans from a tin , toms cucs, spring onion , and capers and baby sweetcorn , dressed with a simple youghurt dressing with salt and black pepper added to it .
had a very tiny bit of blue brie on top .
dinner will be chicken with frylight roast new pots and salad , or roast med veg
also have made a sugar free jelly with strawberrys and a yoghurt stirred into it for afters

green day today !!

2 weetabix with one banana, ss milk from 250 milk allowence .
lunch . big mixed salad with green lentils and a boiled egg with a fat free yoghurt dressing .
strawberries and low fat easiyo greek yoghurt . all free :D

dinner , will be jacket pot with beans .
and will have 3 pagen rolls with laughing cow lights .
i think ive got all my a's and b's ??
