January 2009 - Starters

Week 2 weigh in, and I lost a total of 6lb! 4lb at mid week, then 2lb since. Some of that was still glycogen weight I think cos my first week was only 3 days long. Even so, result!

I'm finding week two a bit tougher with some odd food cravings. Stuck with it, but hoping all the bad thoughts WILL disappear soon. Mid week weighin was only 1lb off :sigh:
 
I'm going to stop doing mid week WI's from now on; I think I'd rather see a few lbs off at a time than see it go down only 1 or 2lb at a time!

Thin_inside: remember that 1lb is a whole lb of pure fat that is now gone forever, in just 3 days!! And re: the food cravings, don't worry and just take it day by day, cos I'm sure it'll get better.
 
oh doh I screwed my total thingy up again. I will get it right one of these times. Should've put Week 2 - 6lb, not week 2- 12.5lb which would be my total weight loss so far.

Mine's my running total, over the 2 weeks, that's what I thought it was, so if it's not, then doh to both you and me :D
 
I'm so sorry that GGF has to stop LL I myself would be gutted especially as you have been wanting it like the rest of us for so long but your health is so more important. I hope that you will stay on board & let us know how you are getting on.
4 lbs off on WI on Weds so I started the laxative that LLC suggested & it finally went on Sat just in time for my mid week WI. Lost 2lbs so now feeling better (wish my stomach did as it is hurting).
Daft as it seems I got up with a rash on both my feet on Friday & on the back of my right leg on Sat. Couldn't think of what it could be (i have a few allergies) & Becky suggested it could be the bars as I started them on Weds . LLC suggested monitoring which bars I ate to see if it is them . Anyone else had this?
Have noticed that I feeling the cold alot more.
Well done to everyone for the great weight losses this week & more for the future.

Sue_P I feel the cold more now too in my extremities. I think its normal as the body focuses the available calories on keeping the core running properly.
 
I'm doing my running total too --- but if people want to add another little "column" for their week loss I'm up for that ! :D
