One pound on boo hoo.
I didn't realise I only had 4 weigh days, and set my target too high
1.5 on for me yesterday, which isn't awful as I have decided to not to the weigh in starving myself thing. I had proper breakfast yesterday and a mid morning snack, then proper lunch too. Didn't stop drinking water until about 3pm and I weigh at 5. So I knew there would be a gain and thats ok.
