I had a really difficult 2018 (breast cancer) and after chemo was finished I definitely turned to food for comfort & energy to get me through radiotherapy. I've now got 6 Herceptin injections left to go and still feeling pretty rotten but I know I need to get a grip on my diet & exercise. Hoping MiniMins and this challenge can help me. Good luck everyone!
