Hey ladies
Great start here for my first official weigh in of the month. 4.4lbs off despite the week I had. Feel good to have pulled it back from the binge Friday after the news and I think watching the funeral and his wife my own age left with two kids really hit home to me about the importance of getting this weight of and getting healthy for my own two. So a very determined woman I am now. Changing my 5lbs goal to 7lbs so that's 2.6lbs or more to loose next week's weigh in.

Well I lost a measly pound this week. Doesn’t look like I will make my January target of 8 pounds. A loss is a loss though. Looks like I’m going to be a slow loser

Lost 1.5 lbs this week which means I pulled back most of the gain I had the week before. Hopefully, more progress next week.

I weighed in a day early as I am nights tonight and won’t weigh correctly when I come home tomorrow morning. I am pleased to say that I have lost 2 pounds this morning. Looks like I will have to weigh next Sunday for my final weigh in for January. Not expecting 3 pounds for my target though.

Wow!!!1 How long have you been doing this? I'm aiming to try get to 15st 3lbs for Easter now, as that is where I was when I got pregnant with my second.
 
Just realised the January challenge is over for me as Monday is my weigh day and next Monday is the 1st of February.

Glad to report I successfully completed my first ever challenge. Thanks for the inspiration ladies
 
Oh me too, I'll weigh in Sunday just to see. Hopefully my bloated belly will be gone by then
