First week 9.5lbs down yesterday, feel soooooooooo great now I'm used to this and have stuck to it 100%, no temptation as I told myself if I was going to do this, it would be done right. I feel the same about re-introducing food also. It has to be done right. I'm more chuffed that the caffeine has gone as that was a real bug of mine...........

Less bloated, stomach area shrunk tons already, swimming and walking is helping to keep in shape as I lose too which is fab.

All in all, glad I stuck it through the rough few day sxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx here's to week two.

Thanks Slim for the encouragement. Its no easy thing is it sorting our weight loss and I really was stuck in the 12s for what seemed to be forever. To see the scales go down is a huge thing for me and yes, others may see this kind of steps as drastic but in my own mind, I see doing Exante as necessary for me at this present time. Its working too so that's the main thing. Hope you are good xxxx

Am doing good thx jasper. Have lost 4st altogether now (2st on exante) and feel so much better. I dont do 100% and eat on a daily basis so my losses are slower but it works better for me.
Think in my head I'd like to be 11.7 as I know this is pretty much my natural body weight and is maintainable so still some way to go lol xx
 
2ND WEEKLY WEIGH IN

TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS 14LBS

Extremely pleased with the result and although its a huge amount, it has shifted from the very bloated area of around my organs and a bit all over too. So as you can imagine I feel a lot fitter and healthier and more confident already. Comfortably back in the size 14s rather than 16's plus and determined to keep the weight off this time. 2 more weeks to go on Exante with the 4th week slightly higher in cals and then hopefully I will have re-programmed myself some what to eat in a healthier manner and not pick etc etc, keeping portion sizes under control being my biggest learning curve.

The key for me here has been sticking with it 100%, no temptation whatsoever and water only with exceptions of the odd glass of ice cold soda water, lovely. Oh and keeping my swimming up a few times a week which I love and surprisingly had plenty of energy for. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
