Hi all

Finally caught up with things and updating this now I have gone back to class. As you know- found out Mum had melanoma and she has now had an operation (second one already!) and my OHs Dad is very poorly with lung cancer that has spread so things got on top of me and I am not going to hit my 30lbs target. However my consultant kept in touch and kept me motivated and eventually got my bum back to group and had a 100% week last week and can update this to show a loss which is great! I am aiming for 2.5lbs this week which will get me a 1stone loss for this challenge, that is my last official WI before Christmas day - however I am going to stay 100% until christmas day and will WI Christmas day morning at home and hopefully get a bit more off. But 14lbs challenge it is - at least I have not given in and I am thinner for Christmas this year :) I have also learnt a lot in the last few weeks about how I turn to food in difficult times and I hope I have worked out some strategies.

Just wanted to also say well done to all of you who have cracked on with this challenge, I am sorry I did not make it with you all the way xxx

I would just like to say 'thank you Jade', if it wasn't for your challenge, I doubt that I would have got this far.
I know that I won't get to my target and although we might not all meet the target that we set, it's been a lot of fun trying.

So thank you and well done x :D
 
I would like to say thankyou too Jayde. I have almost made my 30lb, but with only 1 more weigh in I'm not sure that I'm going to be able to do it.

This week I stayed the same, I have only 4lbs to go - I will do my very best to get it in for next week - he goes trying 4lbs in one week!!
