Wahey! A whopper of a 4lbs loss for me this morning - amazed as had lots of alcohol last weekend. Woot, means I have now done my 3 and half stone and move into the 16s! Ahhh!
If someone could be ever so kind as to update me I would grateful :)

Well done everyone.I think i might have to change mine till xmas 2012 not 11 the way im going haha!Boozy night out last fri followed by a hungover day of eating yesterday but i got on the scales today and i lost 1 lb so not too bad!! Back on track today though so fingers crossed for nxt week!!!

well done auburn its a great motivator to get in the stone below isnt it!! my 14s are very slow going though :sigh:....i think the scales are broke...they wont go under 14st 4 !!!keep it up !! x:)
