Jaylou's diary~Much better now!

Thanks lou ;-)

Well the weekend was not so good, very very tired (socialising) so, as usual, this was my downfall and I fell into some pizza on Saturday. It was lovely!

Yesterday was good though and we didn't stop all day either so hopefully a bit of hard graft limited some pizza damage.

Two days to be super good now. Not sure if today will be red/EE/SE at the moment. See how it pans out....

Monday 29th - EE

Breakfast - whole punnet of strawbs (got them yellow stickered - wouldn't normally buy strawbs out of season) with an activia FF yog.

Lunch - 4 ryvita (B) with laughing cow xl (2) and salad. Banana and yoghurt.

Dinner - chicken wrapped in bacon with home made coleslaw and big salad, savoury rice.

Yep, I'm now 2 under my target which is just where I wanted to be before I go off for Easter.
Happy Days!!

Started the day really well today - I had a lovely hot cross bun with butter. Yum. 9 syns for the bun, 3 for the butter.

For lunch I am having an omelette with peppers, onion and tomato and a grating of parmesan (less syns and stronger than cheddar!) and salad - I'm using up the fridge contents! Followed by fresh mango.

Dinner - out to the pub. I plan to have chicken breast with potatoes and veg, however, it does all depend on what is on the menu and how strong I'm feeling :)
