I have recently started the slimming world diet and so far in a week have lost 9 pounds. I am struggling on not having the sweets i used to have since i have a sweet tooth. I cant find anywhere in the slimming world book how many syns jelly beans are, does anyone know? i want some! lol

The syn value is for Jelly Belly - Jelly Beans, i would assume these are the same as all other varieties

Wow thats amazing!!! Although its the one sweet my boyfriend doesnt like...thats a shame because then he could have just given me 4 and id be happy!! Dont really want to buy a whole packet just for me!!

i think most jellybeans are much bigger than jellybelly ones so prob not 5 for 1syn on normal ones, however i LOVE jellybelly beans! they are quite expensive tho but marks&spencers stock some yay the flavours actually taste like what they are meant to instead of generic fruit flavour!

I have just checked my directory looking for snacks and ASDA jelly beans are 2 sweets = 1 syn.

As reiterated above it is only 'Jellybelly' jelly beans that are 5 sweets for 1 syn
