Well i stayed the same last week, my own fault had a couple silly slip ups, but also wasn't feeling well, but back on a roll this week, and hope i get a nice loss :).

well im still going i know i haven't updated for ages but im still going strong I've lost another 4lb since i was last on so am now 13st7lbs...... twelve here i come x
