Off to Mexico in 7 weeks :D

9lbs to loose (1lb to my 1/2 Stone award and being in the 'normal' BMI category :)

So here we go

Breakfast: Blueberrys, Strawberry Muller & 17g of Allbran golden crunch (3syns)

Lunch: Sardines, Pasta, Mixed salad, butter beans & lemon juice

Dinner: Gammon, Egg & SW chips - oops i scrapped the side salad and had beans instead

Snacks: Mango, 1 Apricot, 1x Greek Muller (1/2syn) 1x belvita biscuit (3syn) 1tbsp Extra light mayo (1syn)(fresh)

Total Syns = 7.5
HEA = Milk for tea (250ml SS)
HEB = 2 x Hi-Fi light

here goes today :)

Breakfast: Blue berries, WW fat free Vanilla yog 20g Dorest Cereal fruity muesli (3syns)

Lunch: Mixed salad, Butter beans, pasta, pastrami & boiled egg

Dinner: Tuna, Jacket pot & salad.

Snack: 1 Dark chocolate digestive = 4syns

2 singal vodka and diet coke - 5


HEA = Milk for Tea
HEB = 2 x Alpen light


Total syns = 12

Saturday :)

Breakfast: 2 weetabix, 125ml milk and fresh apricot

Lunch: Pasta n Sauce brocoli and cheese with side salad and ham

Dinnner: Tuna, Jacket pot and Salad

Snacks: 1 digestive biscuit 4syns, WW yog

Syns: Numerous Vodka and Diet cokes...

Heb - 2 Weetabix
Hea - Milk 250ml

Sunday - BBQ time.

Breakfast: Strawberrys, Dorset cereals fruity muesli & WW yog

Lunch/Dinner: Salad, SW turkey burgers, chicken drumsticks (no skin), Prawns, Cous Cous

Snacks: 1x Crunchie - 9.5syns

HEA = Milk
HEB = Hi Fi
 
Monday :(

Breakfast: Blueberries and Raspberries, WW yog and 20g Dorset Museli (3syns)

Lunch: Pastrmi, Mixed salad, cottage cheese and a small jacket pot

Dinner: Mushroom Rissotto

Snacks: 1x nectarine, mango, 2x Garibaldi (4syns)

HEA = Millk
HEB = Hi Fi

Good luck, Jenni! I go to Cuba in 8 weeks so am desperate to shift 10lbs by then so I'm totally on your wavelength. :) x

Blueberries, strawberries & grapes with FF yog and 20g Doreset cereal (3syn)

Lunch:

Tuna, Salad, Cous Cous,

Dinner:

Haddock fish cakes, SW chips and Mushypeas

Snacks: 1x Party ring (1.5syn), Mango, 8x galaxy minstral (4syn) 2x Mikado (1syn) muller light greek (1/2)

Wednesday - Weigh in!

Breakfast - 2x Ryvita Original with Marmite (3.5syn), Nectarine and a Activia 0% yog

Lunch - Salad and SW Quiche

Dinner - SW Beef curry and Rice

Snacks - 1x cadbury chocolate finger (1.5syns), 1x Pear, crunchie 9.5syn

Syns = 14.5
HEA = Milk
HEB = 2 x Hifi light

Breakfast - Raspberries, Activia 0% Vanilla & 20g Dorset cereals fruity museli (3syns or 1/2 HEB - not sure yet!)

Lunch: SW quiche, salad & plain pasta

Snack: Grapes & Blueberries

Dinner: Nandos 1/2 Chicken, side salad and Corn on the cob

Lunch: SW Quorn Chilli, rice and salad

Dinner: Not sure yet!

Oppps got out of the habit of this!

Breakfast: Activia 0% raspberries and blue berries & 20g dorset fruity muesli (1/2 HEB)

Lunch: Ham salad with pasta & 15g Cheese (1/2hea)

snack: Fresh mango, 2x percy pig = 3syns

Dinner: Pad Thai - 1/2 syn

Lunch: Bacon salad with chilli chicken supernoodles + some pot salad (huge bowl made with fat free nat yog and 2 tbsps of mayo - im going with 2syns for the little biti i had?)
Dinner: Jacket pot, baked beans and salad - maybe some cheese for my HEA
