Off to Mexico in 7 weeks 
9lbs to loose (1lb to my 1/2 Stone award and being in the 'normal' BMI category
So here we go
Breakfast: Blueberrys, Strawberry Muller & 17g of Allbran golden crunch (3syns)
Lunch: Sardines, Pasta, Mixed salad, butter beans & lemon juice
Dinner: Gammon, Egg & SW chips - oops i scrapped the side salad and had beans instead
Snacks: Mango, 1 Apricot, 1x Greek Muller (1/2syn) 1x belvita biscuit (3syn) 1tbsp Extra light mayo (1syn)(fresh)
Total Syns = 7.5
HEA = Milk for tea (250ml SS)
HEB = 2 x Hi-Fi light
