Have decided to start this diary after my first ever gain tonight. Only 0.5lb but it's a slippery slope I don't want to go down. Think I had got a bit complacent and having been stuck in a food rut, eating the same stuff again and again. So about me, I'm Jennifer and I'm 29, the big 3-0 this year. I have 6 boys, so 6 lots of baby weight to lose :cry: Start date:16/01/14 Start weight: 16st 5.5lbs Start dress size:22-24 Current weight:14st 9lbs Current dress size:20 Target weight:10st 12.5lbs(maybe more or less) Total loss: 1st 10.5lbs Weigh in: Thursday 5.30pm at group Okay I think that's all the stats. Have been doing exclusively extra easy, but going to try having one green and one red day this week. I'll need to read up on how to do this. I've also bought some scan bran to try as have had little losses the last few weeks. Mini goals for this week *No more sugar free red bull, I have at least 2 a day. *Drink more water *Try red/green days *Try 1 new recipe *No more mikado sticks, I cannot just have a few, I have the box Off to read up on red/green days and write my shopping list.
