I'm so with you on the got to get back to some sort of normality with the food stuff. Stuff being the in word atm, I've been stuffing like there's a famine coming on.

Good news that you are feeling better and even better news that BB is going to take you out as an apology, you do realise you could dine on this for a while now, every time you have an itch he'll think its the cheese come back to haunt you. Hope you are itch free tomorrow xx

Oh that's lovely that he's taking you out! I honestly cannot remember the last time me and Rob went out just the two of us for dinner, probably middle of last year! Milk it for all it's worth, hehe ;)

Hope you are less itchy today! xxx

I am!! So far no signs of itchiness, hurrah! Still going to avoid dairy in the main today and then go back to normal tomorrow :)

Breakfast - bacon, beans & mushrooms.
Lunch - nothing planned, going to try the swish canteen at work....
Tea - piri piri chicken and rice
Snacks at work - yogurt, banana.

Hope everyone has a good day today! x

Tomorrow, I'm back on it. Serious this time. Have to have to have to ...
Soooo.....welcome to 'tomorrow' :D How are you feeling chuck? Food is looking good - just got to avoid the temptations in the canteen. Maybe they'll do a nice soup or something. Though breadban prevents bread rolls argh.

As for BB taking you out? Menu please?! :D You know I love a bit of food porn!

Oh believe me there will be food porn haha...!

They do have nice looking soup but as you say - what's soup without a roll :p I went for salad instead :)

I have decided today, to polish my cv. I've given it nearly 2 weeks and that's the third time I have been spoken to like I am a complete idiot in front of people. Screw that!! I wanna move back to the old industrial estate where I belong!!!!

Even if it does have a really good salad bar here.......!

I do too love a bit of the ol' food porn
I'm glad he's feeling a bit guilty and taking you out Jen, I shall of course be nice no talk of sporking whilst he is being a nice considerate boyo.
Can you not have a word Jen at work along the lines off I don't know how the last person who held my post was treated etc etc but personally I would prefer if you had something to say to me it is done in a more private setting, I may be new and with that there may come a few teething troubles which may need to be address, I do understand this but there is a time and a place and it's not in front of half of the workforce or indeed anyone else.

^^^^^Completely agree with Mumma K^^^^^^!!!!!!

As for 'Polish' your CV. I was reading it as in, 'why would she want to translate her CV into Polish? Does she even speak Polish?' Just shows the sorts of shops near me that I read it like that. Having said that I went on a night out to the Polish Social Club on Friday and it was muchos fun and VERY cheap :)

Hope you didn't let whichever twerp spoke to you like that get you down. Nobbers.

Hugs and polishes x

Careful Hannah, just to let you know my dad was Polish, I have been known to quaff a substantial amount of voddy and I like a bit of salami now and again :D

I agree with Kals too Jen although its not always easy to speak up

My manager wasn't in any of these incidences so I've just had a word with her, and played the "I'm only agency but I'm sh.t hot and could walk into another role" card, and she's agreed with me(!) And said she's going to have a word with the other person :) I know it's not cool to run to the boss with stuff like that but I'm only here another 10 weeks.

There's lots of Polish people here, but there is more distaste towards the English than the Polish. I get called all sorts, and joke of it is, I'm actually Scottish by nationality, I just lived in England....

Biker might be off to Congo soon, for a few weeks, he'll find out in a couple of weeks. Which means he will be very very sick of the Um Bongo song soon......

Um Bongo, Um Bongo they sing it in the Congo
Afternoon Jen

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the Congo kind of dangerous to visit ?
Anyway glad to hear your manager is going to have a word with the culprit and hopefully that'll be an end to it
Well whatever your doing have a great weekend sweetcheeks xx

Mmmh Salami & Vodka supping won't say no myself and I'm 100% English lol

Yup, as I understand it, there are 3 notoriously bad places (especially for oil personnel) and they are Nigeria, Angola and Congo. It was Angola that I dubbed "Land of Hostility" last year, where he was stranded before Christmas, and he point blank refuses Nigeria. He'll be fine, they'll look after him, and it cannot be worse than Angola!!

Food has been good today, on track, and feeling smug :D

I have spent a couple of HOURS on the phone to my old boss today, seems like old company cannot function without me and is in s bit of a mess..... I said double my wage and I'll go back haha! Suppose I had better do some work for my actual job... Nearly hometime!! Wahoo!

Ooh Jen, you know I'm not always BB's biggest fan but I have to take my hat off to him he does have balls going to these god forsaken places.

Ps hope the old boss goes for it, that'll be classed as somewhat of a result :D

Although how going to a Vietnamese restaurant for that obscene amount of delicious grub fits in with the healthkick, I have no idea..... :p
