hi helen, im doing ok on it but this week i seem to want to eat more, but its that time of month so maybe its that how are you doing ?
Well, it's my first week on Exante and it's going well (I did SW previously). How long have you been doing Exante? Have you had some good losses?

July 26th - 13 stone 9
Aug 2nd = 13 stone 5
Aug 9th - 13 stone
Aug 16th - 12 stone 10
Aug 23rd - 12 Stone 6
Aug 26th - 12 stone 11!!!! - I know not an official weigh in date, but I felt slimmer jumped on the scales and it told me I have gained 5 pounds

I go up & down - no apparent reason. So I lost 5lbs last week weighing at home - but when I went to the clinic (90 mins drive away) I was up 0.1kgs on the week. Water, coffee, morning shake etc. At home, I go up sometimes - so you are slimmer - just got water (and more) and maybe muscle (heavier than fat!) tipping those scales.
