Xtra Easy day

Brekkie

2 slices of Nimble (hexb)
2 teaspoon spread ( 2 syns)
2 eggs, scrambled
1/2 tin of Baked Beans

2 x cups of tea with milk (hexa) and sweetner

Lunch

2 x ryvita orignal
1 teaspoon of spread (1 syn)
BM turkey slices with a hint of sage & onion ( they are lower in fat than usual BM turkey?? strange?!)
Chopped cucumber/lettuce/peppers

Activia snackpot

Summer fruits nas robinsons 1 pint

Dinner

Roasted Chicken breast
SW roast pots
Broccolli, carrots, green beans & pea's
Gravy ( 2 syns)

Not sure what will have later after dinner..
 
Not been able to get on this site for ages, everytime i tried, it disconnected my internet connection? very strange!


Anyway, as you can see from my signature i've stuck @ it and have lost 6.5lb's so far... Hoping to get my 1/2 stone award on weds... !!

Dinner

Pork loin steaks ( fat removed) griddled
SW roasties
Broccolli, carrots & brussells
roasted Parsnips
Green beans
gravy ( 2 syns)

Total syns = 13 syns
