I have just received my fruit and veg delivery and included this week are jerusalem artichokes. All good, except I've never seem them before. Does anyone have and tips or good recipes for using them?
I bought some from a farmers market a few weeks ago, they were very nice. I put them in a veg soup and also had some just boiled whole as a veg. Bear in mind they can be quite creatively "gassy".
