Breakfast - Magic Oaty Pancakes with a banana and maple syrup (2 1/2 syns)


Tea - Chicken Stir Fry with loads of stir fry veg and extra mushrooms, onions, baby sweetcorn, chilli, ginger and garlic (all free) with 3 syns worth of chow mein sauce followed by left over oaty pancakes with banana and maple syrup (21/2 syns)

Snack - Alpen Light bar (3 syns)

Total syns - 11

So my SW consultant says that ham slices are free. I don't eat them personally but my sister really wants to know...
I have read on here somewhere that anything containing less that 95% (approx, may be lower) is free but anything processed which has less of chicken or pork as the main ingredient is a syn?! Confused much! lol.. I am guessing that it may be a syn as its processed meat and will have allsorts added, but if so what slices of ham are ok? Obviously with any visible fat removed?
