    Day 1

    Breakfast - oatibix with banana, hex a& b
    Lunch - uncle bens spicy Mexican rice (2syns)
    Dinner - Sweet potato & spinach frittatas with salad and SW wedges

    Day 2

    Breakfast - wholemeal roll with cold meat HEX B
    Lunch - leftover frittata, salad, melon
    Dinner- gammon steak, SW fried egg, baked potato, beans

    Thanks that's me trying to get back on the plan fell away from it for a while so fingers crossed I'm getting married in aug so time is upon me!.

    Day 3

    Breakfast: wholemeal roll and banana

    Lunch: batchelors macaroni cheese( nit sure if that's free if it's not then it can't be much, melon

    Dinner: beef stir fry with noodles again not sure the noodles are free so I will count 3 syns
    I used soy sauce and oyster sauce which I'm nit sure if it's free so I will count another 3 syns

    I'm dying for something sweet just now!
