Jillian Michaels 30 day shred Help!!

Hi all,

Just bought Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and I have wondered a couple of things.

1. How long to you do each of the levels for?

2. How often do you do each of the levels?

3. How many calories do you burn on each level?

All I can say is ouch!!!


I am on day 2, in soooo much pain lol!

I think it must be 10 days of each as its 3 levels, already dreading level 2

I googled & for level 1 it says 1.1 calorie per 1lb you weigh. It's more about changing your shape & fitness
 
I tried this last year and ached in places i never knew i had muscles!

Would like to try it again though.
 
I'm after a new fitness dvd, is it good? I want something that has a lot of high intensity dancy type workouts as I can't do sit ups and similar. At the mo, I'm doing Pump it Up dance mix but finding it impossible to do the moves on the higher levels.

Hi guys and gals :)

Got a question about 30 day shred.
I have been doind it for 13 days and I weighed myself and have put on 8 pounds.

Any ideas why this would be?
