S: 18st13.5lb C: 10st5lb G: 10st4lb BMI: 25.7 Loss: 8st8.5lb(45.39%)

All I can say is ouch!!!


I am on day 2, in soooo much pain lol!

I think it must be 10 days of each as its 3 levels, already dreading level 2

I googled & for level 1 it says 1.1 calorie per 1lb you weigh. It's more about changing your shape & fitness

I tried this last year and ached in places i never knew i had muscles!

Would like to try it again though.

Do it, I am although I agree muscles I didn't know I had ache like, we'll something that aches a lot!!!!

I'm after a new fitness dvd, is it good? I want something that has a lot of high intensity dancy type workouts as I can't do sit ups and similar. At the mo, I'm doing Pump it Up dance mix but finding it impossible to do the moves on the higher levels.

Okay thank you, I'll take a look and see if it appeals to me. I want something challenging but not impossible to do like the one I've got right now lol x
