Ok so the initial step...

I have just weighed in and I am at 251lbs. My target is to be at around 150lbs, so let's call the overall target loss is 100lbs.

I want to do this by Xmas 2009 which should be a fairly ambitious 4.5lbs per week.

I really want to return to martial arts training in the new year so this is my main motivation along with seeing the families shocked faces when I see them all at Xmas.
