Hi all I'm back on day 1 after having 2 months off Cambridge few think happened after loosing 4 stone one of them unfortunately lost a baby went on holiday and gained 10lbs so now I'm back on sole source feel so bloated eating drinking as normal and feel my waist expanding so here day 1goes day
