Hiya. For the 7th time.


Today I've decided to get back on Slimming World. I'm 2lbs under the heaviest I've ever been and I'm not happy.

So today I try again. And try to stick to it.

For the first time in 4 years I'm not single. In fact I'm madly in love. He's amazing and while obviously I want to do this for myself, the fact that I'm not happy with myself is having an impact on him. So it's for him too.

I've taken up a really unfortunate habit lately. I'm an obsessive baker. Not helpful! Never mind. I'll try again.
 
So - I've weighed this morning at 185.6lbs. Not good. Just seems to not go down :(

Small steps. I'll aim to get below 180 first. That'd be a massive achievement to start off with.

Food diary so far today:

B - 1 slice of warburtons (it's white so 4 syns. Not ideal start but no brown in), with three plum tomatos and scrambled egg.

L - fat free noodles with small amount of grated cheese low fat (1.5) followed by large handful of grapes

D - noodles, chicken, black bean sauce (3.5), peas, sweetcorn, carrot and green beans

Snacks - fat free yogurt, dib dab (4.5), rocket lolly (2) halloumi (hexa)
