Welcome back and well done on the 6lb loss. It spurs you on when you see the scales moving down a notch or two. keep glugging the water and good luck for weigh-in on Monday :)
 
Thankyou! im finding this diet the easiest and tastiest one ive ever been on, and ive been on alot!
do you have a goal or anything?

my goal is to keep going for 14 weeks which takes me up to the 20th of October as i have a gorgeous new dress i plan on wearing to my little girl's 2nd birthday party on the 26th of october! .. i looked so big and frumpy on her first birthday and i promised myself that i would look much better on her 2nd :)
 
It's good to have a goal to aim for and I'm sure you'll get there with weeks to spare. Mine is my holiday on 19th Sept so hoping to get down to a healthy B.M.I. so I'll be aiming for another 18-20lb but I have a friends birthday party on 11th Aug so I'll be coming off s&s the week before as I plan on drinking. I'll be straight back on the diet Monday though :)
 
Thats good :) how long have you been on slim and save for? im on day 6 today and really feel like the next 14 weeks are going to drag so much, does it get easier? have you or anyone else noticed that you've lost weight? im looking forward to the day where i can notice my face becoming slimmer! x
 
This is the end of my 2nd week I get weighed tomorrow. The wks are flying over and I'm not really feeling like it's a diet as I'm loving the shakes and really enjoying my evening meal with the veg allowance. Keep going your over the worse now and you'll be delighted on weigh-in day x x
 
Just had my first proper weigh in and have lost 9 pounds in my first week so im very happy :) :) day number 8 for me today and im feeling extremely positive :) :)
 
Have lost 10lb not 9! got mixed up, so now im even happier :)


week 1 - -10lb!! :)



 
Day 9 for me today, cant believe i've stuck to it for this long, its a very big achievement for me and im starting to feel rather proud of myself! my partner is helping me and being very supportive which is making this diet even easier :) did have the meals for the first week but have gone completely off them but im in love with all the shakes and bars especially chocolate, caramel, banana and strawberry as i turn all of them into a mousse apart from the chocolate which i have hot in the evening :) always fills me up :) i have tested for ketosis everyday since day 3 and the stick turns very dark purple straight away :) :)

96 days to go until my goal date :)




 
Im so cold! has anyone else started to feel really cold whilst on slim and save? is it normal?!
 
hiya sounds like you're doing really good, well done on you're first week loss :)

i have had days where ive been really cold on this diet when everyone else is fine- ive had to drag my duvet downstairs a few evenings- pretty sure its fine and normal

Hi yep I agree with lucy, ketosis can make quite alot of people feel the cold more! If only we were having a normal summer eh!!

I secretly like being a bit cold cos I accosiate it with slim people as a posed to a hot and bothered larger self lol

oh and you burn more calories when you're cold :D x
 
ScouseMouse, it defiantly does keep me motivated, i am already starting to see a change in my body, not a massive change but a change none the less! im trying so hard not to weigh myself before Monday :)

LucyNewMum , Thats very true! i want to be cold all the time now lol.

is anyone doing any exercise whilst on this diet? ive been doing 10 minutes a day on my cross trainer, doesn't sound like much but it burns 170 calories a time, ive been doing this since day 1. xx
 
OMG The vanilla bars are lush! best product out of the whole slim and save :) im only on the shakes and the bars as i dont like the meals anymore but it suits me down to the ground :)

Had a chocolate shake for breakfast but as a hot chocolate - absolutely gorgeous :)
Vanilla bar for lunch - Lush!!
and have a caramel shake (my favorite shake) as a mouse for tea and i cant wait :) :)

and ive just measured and already lost 2 inches of my waist in 10 days!!

couldnt be happier with this diet :) :)

95 days left until my target date :)
 
Not tried the vanilla bar yet and working my way through the meals. I too am trying my best not to hop on the scales and it's killing me :)
It's a great incentive when you measure your inch losses. I did a quick waist measurement this morning before work and I'm already down 2+inches since the start.
Best diet ever in my opinion x x

Is that the vanilla and almond bar?? I love all of them LOL too much I don't order many per.month
