i have jus joined up to slimmin world went to my first group tonight. my first goal is to be a comfotable size 14/16 for 1st september fingers crossed for my holiday to portugal.

You will enjoy being on SW, never before will you do a "diet" that allows you to eat so much!
There are hundreds of recipes to suit all tastes, if you have a problem, just ask, we are all on the same journey.........
