Green Days Joining again tomorrow and need some advice plz

After years of being away from SW i am quite excited to rejoin tomorrow but its not till 5.30pm and i really want to start tomorrow. Can anyone please tell me if on green plan is Heinz Mac and Cheese still free and also if i have a banana and satsuma and a mullerlight is that all free too. Thanks everyone x:wave_cry:
