Hi all i have been following slim and save food replacement diet for almost 12 weeks and have lost 35lbs.

Im at the stage now where i know where ive gone wrong with foods and learnt alot about portion control.

I feel myself wanting real food again so am going to start healthy eating with calorie counting to lose my remaining weight before i gave in and have a huge binge and lose my way.

My fitness pal is already my best friend so will be back on there :)
