Day 58 DD

I walked a little bit this morning.

Coffee
Caesar Salad from Zaxbys (I took off the bacon and croutons) - 310
2 packs of light dressing - 120
1 light hot cocoa - 25
1 soup - 100
1 tbsp of light sour cream - 20

Total 575

(also a cup of dieters tea - 0 .... Ive had a cup the last couple of nights....)

Update

It ended up being a MD....

Apple
Mexican - 1 1/2 flour shell, some cheese dip, salsa, some chicken with onions and pico de gallo, and a couple handful of chips.

The next couple of days are gonna be UDs..... My next DD is on Monday.... :)

Well done fantastic for the 2lbs! That seems to be how this diet goes if we do it strictly - about 2lbs a week. I just need to eat less than you I guess on the UDs or it doesn't happen. Brilliant you are right on track for your Dec goal.
