Yes absolutely and we still have to live. If we are in this for the long haul then we have to be flexible and work around things without missing out on actually living! Great going.

You are right!!!! That is why I love this diet so much!!! It is so easy to be flexible with it! :) And most of the time, even with changin it around to suit your needs, you can still lose weight!!!

I tell my hubby all the time.... "Why doesn't everyone do this diet!" LOL :)

Im really excited about WI on Saturday.... I hope I lose the 1lb I gained plus 1 or 2 more pounds! :)

A donut was brought home for me today.... and Im gonna eat it in a little while! LOL I have no idea how many calories is in it..... LOL Lets say it has 400, that would put me at 1557 for the day, which is still pretty good.... However its not a MD! LOL That is more like an UD.... Oh well! :) Im still expectin to see some weight gone on my WI on Saturday! :) Even if its 1 pound, I will be happy! :)

Today was WI.......

I lost 1.5 lbs..... Which really means I lost the pound I had gained, plus 1/2 lb more. :)

I will take it! LOL

Next WI should be Awesome!!!!!

Also, if I weigh between now and then and there is a loss, Im gonna report it! LOL

The reason I think there might be a weight loss between now and then is because this mornin when I did my WI, I can tell Im retaining water, plus I started last night my monthly cycle.... Soooo I should have a great WI soon! :)

I just gave in to the Banoffee Pie but feel very full now which is good. Guess my hopes of a DD became a MD but think that's okay for a weekend. :break_diet:

(sprinkled popcorn seasoning of white cheddar on my green beans... SOOO YUMMY! The seasoning is so low in calories I can't even count it.. Its like 2 calories for 1/4 tsp! LOL YUMMY)
