I'm dipping in and out of Atkins :( can't seem to stick to it. My partner has been away for 3 weeks now and I'm still emotional eating. Ordered some ketosticks I'm hoping that will help me stick with it.

Breakfast:

Tuna mayo salad.

Also I've been drinking sugarfree redbull. I'm assuming this is a nono?
