Breakfast: Weetabix with banana and yogurt
Lunch: SW fish and chips
Dinner: Jacket potatoes with beans, cheese, onion and bacon
Treats: Cheese (3.5), Penguin (5.5)

Breakfast: Weetabix with banana and yogurt
Lunch: Ham salad followed by a yogurt and pineapple
Dinner: Salmon fishcakes with potatoes and mixed vegetables
Treats: Yogurt (0.5), fishcakes (3.5), Kit Kat (5.5), Rich Tea (6)

Syns: 15.5 not worried as had plenty of days where I haven't met my syns allowance.

Thursday 24th July

Breakfast: bacon and eggs with yogurt
Lunch: pineapple
Dinner: sw burger and chips with yogurt
Treats: Curly Wurly

Friday 25th July

Breakfast: Weetabix with banana and yogurt
Lunch: Omelette with bacon and tomato served with a side salad
Dinner: SWish Fry Up - bacon, sausages, mushrooms, beans and eggy bread with brown sauce

Syns: Sausages (8), bread (4), brown sauce (1), rich tea biscuit (2)

I used all 15 syns.

Saturday 26th July

Breakfast: Stock boiled flat mushroom with scrambled egg and roasted cherry tomatoes
Lunch: Medium rare steak served on a wholemeal roll, with fried onions and mushrooms served with a side salad.
Dinner: SW KFC served with beans, corn on the cob and fries (was going to have frozen fries to use up my syns but decided I would rather use the syns on treat for movie night with hubby so made SW fries instead)

Syns: Popcorn x3 (9), Curly Wurly (6)

Sunday 27th July

Breakfast: Weetabix with banana and yogurt
Lunch: Roast dinner with carrots, potatoes, broccoli, roasted onion, Yorkshire pudding and stuffing with gravy
Dinner: Nothing was so full from lunch

Syns: Gravy (1.5), Yorkshire (3), stuffing (1.5), curly wurly (6), cold meats (0.5)

Syns used: 12.5 (I will be using any leftover on Wednesday as I'm going out for a meal)

Monday 28th July

Breakfast: Eggy bread with beans and mushrooms
Lunch: Crisps (I know but circumstantial)
Dinner: Pulled pork tortilla wrap (possibly with chips depends how hungry I am lol) and salad followed by a yogurt and fresh pineapple

Syns: Tortilla wrap (9), crisps (6.5)

Syns used: 15.5

Lunch: Salmon and cous cous (was meant to be lemon chicken but I have no chicken lol)
Dinner: Beef stir fry

Syns: Stir fry sauce (4.5), cous cous (1), Jaffa cake (2.5)

Breakfast: Croissant with jam followed by a yogurt
Lunch: Ed's Diner!! WOOHOO!! - chicken classic, sweet potato fries and banana milkshake
Dinner: Gammon and chips with fresh pineapple and mixed vegetables

Syns: Ed's Diner (32.5) 12 syns saved so far plus 5.5 today and 15 tomorrow. croissant (9), jam (0.5)

Breakfast: Quorn sausage and bacon roll
Lunch: Scrambled eggs on toast (using yesterdays HEX B)
Dinner: Fish pie with mixed vegetables

Syns: Ed's Diner (32.5) 12 syns saved plus 5.5 yesterday and 15 today.

Friday 1st August

Breakfast: Weetabix with yogurt and fresh pineapple
Lunch: Ham with tomato and onion followed by a yogurt
Dinner: A slice of pizza with SW chips and salad

Syns: pizza (8), lemon sorbet (5)

Syns used: 13 today also went over by 3.5 yesterday

BTW the lemon sorbet was amazing.

Breakfast: Croissant with jam and yogurt

Dinner: Steak and chips with mushrooms and onions

Syns: Thursday (1.5), croissant (9), jam (0.5), pizza (8)

Syns used: 19 (so 4 off tomorrows syns)

Didn't have HEX B

Lunch: Sunday Lunch
Dinner: Pork escalope and chips

Syns: pizza (yest) (4), gravy (1.5), yogurt (0.5), pork escalope (9)

Syns used: 15

Used my HEX B from yesterday and today on oats so had a HUGE bowl of overnight oats. Yum Yum

BTW always use HEX A on Semi Skimmed milk...use it for coffee and so forth.

Dinner: TAPAS!! YAY!! - patatas bravas, chorizo and creamy garlic chicken.

Syns: Cream (9), chorizo (5), couscous (0.5)

Syns used: 14.5

BTW always use HEX A on Semi Skimmed milk...use it for coffee and so forth.

Breakfast: Beans and mushrooms on toast
Lunch: Chicken escalope with peppercorn sauce, chips, garlic mushrooms and peas.
Dinner: Sw chips, quorn sausage and curry sauce.

Syns: Pub Lunch (30), curry sauce (3.5)

Pub Lunch - 1 syn left Friday, 5 syns left Saturday, 11.5 from today leaves - 12.5 syns to spread across the week.

Syns used: 15
