Jo's Food Diary - To Keep On Track

Monday 11th August

Breakfast: Weetabix, yogurt and a satsuma
Lunch: decided to swap my tuna salad for a picnic with my baby doesn't matter that I swapped I may go over syns for the day but I won't for the week as it's all been pre-planned so don't panic lol.
Dinner: Pizza with SW chips and salad

Syns: Pizza (8), Pub (3), Curley Wurly (6), Popcorn (3)

Syns used: 20 - this will work itself out on Wednesday I just swapped my meals around but I will be within my syn allowance for the week

BTW always use HEX A on Semi Skimmed milk...use it for coffee and so forth.

Tuesday 12th August

Breakfast: Overnight oats (HEX B) with grapes and Satsuma
Lunch: Cheesy chips (HEX A) with salad cream
Dinner: Forgot I was going for dinner at my mums ended up with pulled pork, wedges and baked beans. (SW friendly so 0 syns)

Syns: Pub (3.5), Salad Cream (1), Semi skimmed milk (2.5), cheese (3.5), hot choc (4)

Synning milk as using hex a for cheese
Possibly syn some more cheese depends how much cheese I want on cheesy chips lol,

Syns used: 14.5

Wednesday 13th August

Breakfast: Fruit Salad - grapes, Satsuma and banana followed by yogurt and green tea.
Lunch: Supposed to be tuna salad but have decided to swap for tomorrows lunch so my meals are lighter tomorrow which is the day before weigh in. Need all the help I can get this week due to * week. Anyway lunch today is cheese and ham toastie. (HEX A & HEX B)
Dinner: Gammon and pineapple with SW chips and salad

Syns: Pub (3), Pudding (3), Semi Skimmed Milk (2.5) Picnic (5), G.Mayo (1.5)

Syns used: 15

Thursday 14th August

Breakfast: Omelette, ham roll ups, yogurt, squash and green tea.
Lunch: Tuna Salad (however I have no cucumber, no tomatoes...so not much of a salad lol)
Dinner: Salmon, potatoes and vegetables, strawberries and yogurt

Syns: Pub (3), chomp (5.5),

Syns used: 8.5 so far

Sorry for the lack of updates but I have been having some personal problems and haven't been able to get online to update things. Starting over today.

Tuesday 26th August

Lunch: Ham sandwich
Dinner: Steak, Chips and Mushrooms

Syns: Bread (8), Popcorn (3)

Syns used: 11

Wednesday 27th August

Breakfast: Weetabix, banana and yogurt
Lunch: Steak and chips with mushrooms (hubby didn't eat his dinner yesterday so I'm having it today)
Dinner: Tesco Healthy Living Ginger, Lime and Chilli Chicken with chips and mixed vegetables
Snacks: Cookies, Sorbet, Yogurts

Syns: Chicken (1), cookies (5.5), yogurts (2), Sorbet (5)

Syns used: 13.5

Lunch: Bacon Sandwich with crisps and yogurt
Dinner: Gammon with chips and sweetcorn/egg not decided yet
Snacks: refresher chew bar, yogurt

Syns: Yogurt (1), Refresher (1.5), bread (6), crisps (6.5)

Syns used: 15
