Right , having a real craving for wholemeal toast today, I honestly think I am addicted lol, so I am working my day around it
Milk allowance 150 cals
1/2 pot skinny Butternut Squash Soup 95 cals
1 slice wholemeal Toasted with a scraping of butter 138 cals
1 slice wholemeal toasted with tin of sliced mushrooms 120 cals

Total 500 cals
 
ooh yummy day .I will need a double DD after today been a bit greedy so far :(

Hi Linda yes I am , really want to get away from the 12's which keep popping back up and I am not finding them difficult at all, at the moment its either doubles or alternates and for me keeping my weekend is key, so I am doing doubles this week and next then will see how I feel x Will have to catch up on your Diary I am really lax at the moment sorry x

Right bit late but todays weigh in was 11 12 so 3lbs off after DD no 1 but still up 2 from last week, hopefully having a controlled Up day tomorrow but I am usually rubbish when I try them ? Todays food was

It'll drop -- you're very consistent. You can be controlled -- just go high protein low carb.
 
I'm really enjoying reading your diary jo - I'm exactly the same weight and following your idea of weighing daily to get some idea of how the UD/DD affect things. I am also trying DDDs this week as well. Fingers crossed for us both :)

Aw thanks, I only started daily weighing as I had a few weeks of staying the same and then got fascinated by how my body reacts after Ups and DD , I am not affected by the gains though, I certainly didn't look or feel 5lbs heavier mon morning I know its just a temp no on the scales x Good luck with the Doubles, I am finding them really helpful and surprisingly easy just need to try and have a controlled UP tomorrow to minimise my gain then I should hopefully lose this week? There is a double DD thread and a few of us post on there ;)
 
Morning Jo, WIs looking good, I have tried having controlled days inbetween my UPs, but it doesn't make any difference, am thinking the swing between the calories isn't enough, so this week I am having an uncounted UP day today and see what happens on this weeks WI.... have a good controlled UP day... xx
