    Hi all... I weighed in on my first week and lost 4.5 lbs.... feel quite chuffed although going into 2nd week and feeling more hungry, realise this is long term hmmm.... can i have some tips for sweet food that are low in points? preferably no cooking envolved... I work long hours so no time. Cheers x

    Well done! Great start!

    My low point sweets are - any WW frozen deserts (really like the chocolate ones and they do a LOVELY chocolate sundae all for under 3 points I think). I also like WW bakewell tarts (2.5 points). Some people have mentioned Rosemary Conleys chocolate moose which I will be looking for but you can get Highlights chocolate moose too.

    A really low point sweet snack I like are the caramel jumb snack a jacks (just like popcorn!).

    A great 0 point item for those days when you have eaten all your points is sugar free Jelly. Yumm!

    I am sure others can help us both with more as I have a sweet tooth too. I hear Curly Wurlys are low in points too and Milky Ways??? Again other items for my shopping list :D

    Well done on your loss hun, I only lost 2lbs (my first week too). Have a feeling we go to the same WW actually! As for low point sweet things, mmm.. where to start....

    Pink'n'White marshmallow/wafer thingys (0.5 each)
    Dole fruit in jelly (1.5 per pot)
    Meringue nest (1 pt) with WW yoghurt (0.5pt)


    They are my present faves. Loads more I can think of for between 2 and 3 points but not sure that would class them as low pointers.
