Journey to a new me. X

Well im back again lol.

Booked more wedding things yesterday so really need to get the weight off now. Im not feeling 100% well today but i am determined to stick to it this time and have even written down all my planned meals etc up until the 32rd lol.

Im going to come on here all the time to hopefully keep me motivated and my next planned break is the 28th October as i am going to the drive in movies with OH and will be getting a takeaway.

Well day one is done.

Had bar throughout the day, Choc shake for lunch and then had 2 flat mushrooms (200g). One with a chilli pack on it and one with an egg on it :) then baked in the oven. Then i had a boiled egg a bit later making up the rest of my protein. Oh and lots and lots of water :).

Day 2:

Done well this morning not weighing myself (daily weigher lol) and i am determined not to weigh myself until monday.

So far iv had:

2 boiled eggs (protein)
Lots of water
Bits of my bar.

I plan on having cauli and brocolli (200g) baked in the oven with a mac cheese pack 2nite :)
