Hi! I'm 43 and have 5 stone to lose Is there anyone here of a similar age who has had roughly this amount to lose? I'm trying to get an idea of how long it might take if I was to try Exante. Thanks
Hi, I'm 45 with 3.5st to lose but I'm a slow loser, I've lost only 6lbs in a month. Lots of people lose a lot more, the average is about 12lbs per month but you could lose faster, or slower. There's really no way to guess. All you can do is try it and see. Good luck if you give it a go!
