Journey to my new life

Ok this is the beginning of my new life, i used to be slim but after a number of bad happenings in my life over the last few years i kinda didn't notice my weight increasing. I really want to achiven my goal and get down to 9st 7p, im currently 14s 13p. I have been on lt for 5 days now and get weighed on sat. I am really positive about this but i am finding myself stressing because i want to get to my goal by Aug 2011 and im worried i wont do it! I'm a worrier you see i dont wanna look like a beached whale on holiday i want to feel confident and happy with myself, god i hope this works!

welcome hannah. you sound like your in the right state of mind. i think you will easily beable to do this before august. i want to lose 6 stone asap. but 4st 12lbs before the summer holidays. then i will go back to slimming world.

dont let anyone tell you you cant doit. and dont let anyones negative vibes get to you. there is only you that can do this so you have to depend on yourself.

you have gotten to day 5 already and thats and achievement in itself. i have my 1st weigh in tomorrow, but i already notice a difference.

just make sure you keep coming on here and reading the inspirational stories to get you through. and make sure you update us with your weigh in..

Hi there. I am also starting and lost 9 lb on my first weigh in yesterday. Was thrilled. I know you can do it. Just keep to the plan every hour. Drink lots of water and before you know it it'll be time for those holidays.
