    Breakfast - Muller light

    snack - cheese curls (3.5 syns) sliced ham

    Lunch - Veg soup, baked potato & tuna crunch 2 syns for light salad cream) & salad

    snack - mugshot

    tea - 6 wholegrain crackerbreads (heb) cottage cheese, cheese curls (3.5 syns)
