Hi there.
I weighed myself this morning and found a figure I didn't like.... and I have dedcided to stop faffing about.... losing and gaining the same pound all the time .... so I am rededicating myself to Slimming World...
However the thought of giving up deep fried chips and paninis forever seems a little drastic so I am taking it a week or even a day at a time.
Just for today this plan seems doable. I know I followed green days a few years ago and lost 5+ stone so I know its doable...
so I've had me breakfast....kitchen closed to lunch time. I will record all that I eat and post it on site - I'm doing this alone at home so need all the accountability I can muster.
