Managed not to sneak a peek at scales yet (HURRY UP SATURDAY) but I am now on day 2.
So far my days have been nice and easy (and simple as fussy eater)

S: fruit (got a stockpile in fridge at work)
L: shake

D: last night was chicken breasts, sweet potato mash, veg and a teeny bit of the bisto best glass jar gravy which according to my mentor is the best one.
Tonight it's Salmon, sweet potato fries and veg
Tomorrow I will do chicken, noodles, beansprouts and flavouring with veg
