Juicy Fat Sausage to SkinnySausage

I thought I'd try to keep a journal of my weight loss journey as I always seem to lose motivation after a short while & give up. Well not this time!! I want to lose 3 stone after having a baby last year & I'm determined to do it -well today I am anyway. I'm hoping that keeping this journal will help keep me motivated & on slimming world. Any tips & advice appreciated along the way!!
 
So today's food:-

Breakfast was 2 scrambled eggs with buttery fry light then pineapple chunks

Snack was a muller breakfast corner (4 syns)

Lunch was salad -potatoes, onions, celery, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers & a boiled egg with a spoonful of Mayo -(4.5 syns)

Snack was a banana

Dinner was 2 sweet potatoes with salmon, scallion & half a spoonful of salad cream (2.5 syns) served with loads of salad
