I need to keep my syns on track... I weigh so much :( I get 25 syns a day... I usually eat more at weekends and my SW leader said try counting weekly so i get 25 x7 so 175 a week-used 8.5 yesterday on my official first day back on track.

300 mls hot chco ( 1 syn)

Hi Jules - I have been on and off this site for years and years, I have seen you around and just wanted to say HI. Your diary sounds like mine, I start each day with a vengeance ....and then I put something in my mouth and that's it i'm gone. Its like an animal takes over me and I don't care...until that night when I am lying in bed hateful and vowing that I will get up the next morning with a vengeance.... and so it goes.

I am coming back to SW as I have tried other diets, or "ways of life" and I cheat, no matter what I am on I cheat, with SW I tend to cheat less. Come back and start posting your daily foods....maybe we can do this together??

I will start a new diary too, this time I might keep it up (I have about 20 million diaries floating around!)

I am going to give it another go...You coming ???
