On the track again... signed up for a relay marathon in September so gotta start upping the miles after another couple of weeks for building my fitness at this level.

well I say slow, im comparing that to my race pace. I cant speed up during training no matter what, but on race day I am getting new PB's by 15 - 20 mins a time. its insane, someday that will stop and ill stay around the same timing but when I don't know....
 
1hr run, 30 min metafit. most evil metafit yet, chicken loop was bad, hot stick is worse. couldn't even see with sweat. totally love it

That's great that your doing better on races probably due to the adrenalin. I want to start running again but had problems with shin splints last time. Guess I need to lose more weight first xxx

...and another 40 mins running. The hot weather broke and now it is a gorgeous 75 degrees with clear skies! I ran while husband and sons cycled.
