Its that time again... a new month coming up... time for a new challenge

The way the challenge works
You set yourself a challenge for the month, and then post on here every week when you weigh in. Then I edit this main post to show how well everyone is doing.

Why?
I find it really motivating, and it's easier to set myself a small monthly challenge then a huge one like 'lose 3 stone by June'. Smaller challenges are the best I say! :D

So... If you are interested in joining, just post and let me know how much you want to lose by the end of the month (it might also help if you post your weigh in days)

PLEASE remember and come back and update with your losses every week :)

Woo hooo!!! Just what I need!...

I have 4 weigh in's in July, so my target for the month is 7lb (half a stone will do me nicely!)

Ok i will set myself the target of 8lb, thats only 2lb per week and hopefully extremly acheiveable

I will set a target of 12 pounds!!! I will have 5 weigh ins for July!!! And my birthday is 31st......

I weigh in this saturday which is the 30th June but don't come on the boards till Monday which will be 2nd July so will post my first loss (I hope) on Monday using Saturdays stats.

Sorry to complicate matters just say my weigh day is monday!!!! That will be much easier.

Can I do this please?

I would like to aim for 10 pounds in July. My weigh day is monday as well.

I need lots of little targets to keep me going!

I'd love to join. I did the June Challenge on the DH board and to my amazement actually made my target.

I'd feared that the pressure to achieve a certain amount might hinder me. It seems to have had the opposite effect, but then, finding an eating plan that suits me and my post-SS body has helped more than words could say.
