June 100% Challenge!!!

Hey everybody!

Well we have some newbies here and we haven't had a challenge for a while, and I know they really help me. So who's with me for a 100% June?

Just means sticking to your plan (up days and down days, or medium days if you chose to do them) 100%, no cheating ;) We'll then all be here for eachother for support if we're having a bad day, or even if we don't make a 100% day we know we can just get right back on it the next day and it's not an excuse for messing up teh whole week lol!

Just sticking to plan 100% and remembering to drink at least 2 litres of water a day, more if you can.

Well like I said in my blog, I stuck to exactely 500 kcal yesterday, no cheating and I am proud, because I am one of the "that piece of whatever won't harm" cheaters :( .

Oneday, don't worry just mark it down as a medium day and carry on :D You don't need to feel you've broken the challenge, just see how many 100% days we can all do in a month, we're all human afterall.

Eilean, 2100 cals on an up day is great, I usually aim for 1800-2000 tho the calculator on teh juddd site says 2400, but of course this is just a guide. I wouldn't worry too much. Aws long as you eat enough to keep your metabolism ticking but of course not too much lol!

Right thought it'd be easier to jot down a list of how we're doing, so if we add ourselves on below and just copy and paste the list to update it. So we'll put the number of 100% days we've had and also how much weight we lose over the month.

I mean 100% days any day you have stuck 100% to your plan, so you have had up days, down days or even medium days whatever you've planned for, and not cheated :D

I'm not sure when I'm going to weigh in yet lol! Sometimes I leave it two weeks, but may start wi weekly again.

I find it hard not to weigh myself every day because I used to do that. But I will be strong :) .
