Lost a whopping 6 this week taking me to bang on target for July! This is amazing considering i gained 3 in my first weigh in :)

Harassed_mother -14lbs = 5lb off 9lb to go
LizzRob -14lbs +3lbs = 17lbs to lose -6lbs. -3lbs -2lbs -6lbs = TARGET!
Autumn76 -7lbs -4lb = 3lb left to go (inc a holiday)
Tor137 -14lbs -2 -4 = 8
Em_butterfly - 14lbs -5 = 9lbs left to go
ZNL - 10lbs - 3lbs = 7lbs to go
Jendotty -14lbs
Pompeygirl -10 lbsMagz - 14lbs - 14lbs
Ian - 7.5lbs - 3.5lbs off, 4lbs to go
Fairy Charm - 12lbs

Wow lizzrob how do you do it? I never seem to lose more than 2 in a week. It seems to just be getting tougher and tougher. Please any tips and advice would be much appreciated.

I genuinely have no idea!
But let's be logical, the diet works 100% when you're 100% so whether it's the scales or the inches, you will be losing fat unless you have underlining medical issues. Keep going and you'll reach your goal, just have faith :)

Current loss: 39lbs and 27.5inches
